Anyone in New Hampshire can call the New Hampshire Smokers' Helpline, whether the caller is currently using tobacco, has already quit, or wants information for a friend or family member.
The NH Smokers' Helpline Referral and Fax form (2 pages) is for healthcare providers to assist patients who state they are ready to make a quit attempt within the next 30 days. |
