Impaired Driving Intervention Services are provided for individuals with substance abuse related driving convictions.  There are three types of Impaired Driving Intervention Programs (IDIP) that provide education and counseling related to substance abuse:

• First Offender Programs
• Phase II - Repeat First Offender Programs 
• Multiple Offender Program

These programs are designed to provide services for individuals who have received a Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) conviction, Driving While Under the Influence (DWUI) or some other substance abuse related driving conviction.
