Office of Consumer & Family Affairs

A quarterly publication of the Office of Consumer and Family Affairs at BBH, the  OCFA Newsletter carries brief news items about several consumer and family member advisory committees and their activities at BBH.  The newsletter is also designed to convey information about the current and future activities of OCFA in the hopes of encouraging public participation in evaluating and monitoring the public  mental health services delivery system, and of fostering interest in quality improvement and systems change initiatives undertaken by BBH.
