Eligibility for services provided by the Bureau of Elderly & Adult Services is based on many factors in addition to income related criteria, including aging or disabled adults, residency and in some cases meeting skilled nursing care requirements.  Eligibility criteria for BEAS services will differ dependent upon the service and program.  Use the links listed on the left side of this page for general eligibility information related to the different services.
