Nicholas Toumpas, the Commissioner of the Department of Health and Human Services, has chartered a Transformation Project to implement efficiencies and best practices within the Department.  As part of this initiative, the Commissioner has developed the Long Term Care Stakeholder Council where providers and advocates can discuss initiatives and provide advice on long-term care related issues.  Meeting minutes of the LTC Stakeholder Council meetings are provided for your convenience.  We encourage you to offer your comments or forward your questions.
