Licensing of Beverages and Bottled Water

Anyone who owns or operates a facility in NH where water or other beverages are bottled is required to obtain a license by submitting an application to the Beverage and Bottled Water Inspection and Licensing unit. Bottling facilities, license holders and the source of water for bottling must meet and remain in compliance with the requirements of NH Statutes and NH Administrative Rules.

Registration of Beverages and Bottled Water

Anyone who owns or operates a facility located outside NH where water or other beverages are bottled must meet the requirements for licensure of out-of state beverage manufacturers found in NH Statutes and NH Administrative Rules.  Products that are bottled out-of-state and distributed in NH must be registered by completing and submitting an application for beverage registration to Beverage & Bottled Water Inspection & Licensing.
