The Child Development Bureau is dedicated to enriching the lives of children and their families by enhancing the quality, affordability and accessibility of developmentally appropriate services, and promoting community-based programs that encourage healthy growth and development.  CDB is also committed to coordinating child care business operations, education and communication to support responsive customer service for child care providers, parents and DHHS staff.
