The Division for Children, Youth and Families Child Development Bureau seeks letters of interest from experienced and qualified bidders to design and implement a quasi-experimental research project that includes managing collection, analysis and interpretation of NH Child Care and Development Fund data in cooperation with and under the auspices and direction of the Division for Children, Youth and Families (DCYF) and according to specifications of the Federal Administration for Children and Families. Required experience and qualifications include: minimum 5 years experience conducting large scale, state-wide quasi-experimental research in the areas of employment, public policy, families with low incomes and families of children with disabilities; current affiliation with research department of a NH institution of higher education; and primary authorship of peer-reviewed professional journal articles. Chosen bidder will partner with the Child Development Bureau to respond to HHS-2008-ACF-OPRE-YE-0031.
