Claims Payment Voice Response System
 

This is an automated telephone system that provides up-to-date child care provider claims payment information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Voice Response will tell you the amount of the current payment and the last 5 payments.  

 

Callers can also reach a Customer Service Representative through the Claims Payment Voice Response System during DHHS normal business hours, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday.
