01/31/2008	Arboviral Illness Surveillance, Prevention & Response plan - Division of Public Health Services, Communicable Disease Control & Surveillance - Provides guidance on operational aspects of surveillance, prevention and response by the state and local communities responsible for the control of mosquito-borne disease and encourage proactive preparations for the 2008 season.
02/12/2007	Influenza Pandemic Plan - Division of Public Health Services, Communicable Disease Control & Surveillance - Advises health care workers, health care facility administrators, State and local health department officials, and other community officials in appropriate preparedness and response activities to a potential influenza pandemic.
02/05/2007	Reportable Diseases for Laboratories & Health Care Providers - Division of Public Health Services, Communicable Disease Control & Surveillance - Specific diseases laboratories and health care providers are required to isolate or characterize and report.  Required timeframes to report.  Suspected outbreaks and gastrointestinal illness in specific target groups must be reported immediately.
