Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Program

Lead Risk Assessors and Inspectors are licensed by DHHS.  The licenses confirms the Risk Assessors or Inspectors have attended an approved training course.  Lead Inspectors conduct lead inspections, clearance inspections and issues Certificates of Inspections. In addition to the functions of  the Inspectors, Risk Assessors develop inspection protocols, interpret results of inspections and can make recommendations on hazard control options, prepare written lead exposure hazard reduction plans, and issue Certificates of Lead Free, Certificates of Lead Safe and Certificates of Compliance. 

 

The Licensed Lead Risk Assessor and Inspector List (1 page) is a list of all licensed lead risk assessors and inspectors and contact information for each.
