The Governor's Commission on Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention, Intervention & Treatment seeks to identify unmet needs and resources required to reduce the incidence of alcohol and drug abuse in NH.  The Commission makes recommendations to the Governor regarding legislation and funding to address such needs.  Eligibility requirements are not relevant in regards to these responsibilities.
