Mediation Services

The Division of Child Support Services helps fund, through a federal grant, four court-based mediation programs to improve communication between parents with child support and/or visitation issues.  These programs are currently available in Coos, Carroll, Cheshire and Merrimack counties.  The programs in Carroll and Coos counties are administered by Tri-County Community Action, Inc.; in Merrimack County by the New Hampshire Mediation Program; and in Cheshire County by Monadnock Family Services, Inc.  DHHS District Office staff can help explain this service also.

Request an Application for Child Support Services

If you would like to open a child support case with DCSS, send your request for services using DCSS web e-mail and an Application for Child Support Services will be mailed to you.  Please be sure to include your name and complete mailing address.
