District Office Operations provides a community presence for DHHS.  Some services are also provided part-time in four additional locations. 

The 12 DHHS District Offices are located in the following cities or towns:

District Office staff determine eligibility or provide help for individuals and families for  a wide array of programs and services.  Programs and Services available at a DHHS District Office include:
