Eligibility for programs and services provided by the Division for Juvenile Justice Services is based on many factors but most commonly on court orders for delinquents or children in need of services (CHINS). Each DJJS program or service has different eligibility criteria. Eligibility information for the programs and services provided by DJJS listed below is outlined separately on their own eligibility pages.
