| Our goal is to provide residential and educational services in a safe, secure environment appropriate for youth with behavioral problems referred by local courts and schools while promoting personal accountability and returning the youth to their community with skills to be productive members of society. |

- juveniles adjudicated delinquent by the District Court and committed to the Youth Services Center for the term of their minority status (i.e., 17 years of age) or supervised in the community by a Juvenile Probation and Parole officer.
- juveniles arrested for a criminal offense and detained at the Youth Detention Services Unit to await disposition of their case by a NH District Court.
- children in need of services (CHINS) monitored by a Juvenile Probation and Parole Officer.
