The Division of Public Health Services is utilizing the Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycle to manage change and to achieve quality improvement in organizational public health policies, programs, and infrastructure.  The Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycle is a method for testing a change in the real work setting — by planning it, trying it, observing the results, and acting on what is learned.
