The Mobile Food Unit License Requirements (2 pages) provides details of all requirements for mobile unit licensing for food service. Mobile food units (mounted on wheels or designed to be immediately moveable) require a license to operate. A license application must be submitted to the Food Protection Program along with applicable fees; identification of commissary and license if applicable; a list of vehicles; and an onsite inspection will be conducted.
