Any food service or retail food store is required to be licensed in NH. The Annual Food Service License Application (2 pages) is submitted to the Food Protection Program for approval and license issuance. Detailed information about your ownership, food types and food service, processing/distribution of food, facility design and structural detail, water and waste water treatment, and schedule/hours of operation are among the information requested on the application. Fees range from $50 for Class G to $500 for Class A. |
