The Health of NH's Community Health System is a compilation of reports that analyze the three major components of NH's Community Health System:  Community Hospitals, the Health Care Market and Health Care Charitable Trusts.

 

The first section, The Health of NH's Community Hospital System and the Health Care Market, looks at the changing roles of hospitals, from examining the historical evolution of hospitals to predicting their future.  The report also contains a summary of findings based on the financial and economic analysis of NH's Community Hospital System and provides recommendations for action.

In this second section, Analysis of Health Care Charitable Trusts in the State of NH - The Hospital Sector, NH's 24 nonprofit hospitals are focused on due to the fact that they are the largest health care charitable organizations in the state.
