MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education:	A degree in medicine from an accredited school of medicine or school of osteopathy, along with a graduate level of training in epidemiology, Preventive Medicine or Infectious Diseases. A degree program such as an MPH or extended epidemiological experience as exemplified by an EIS fellowship is preferred.
Experience:	Experience in public health management or equivalent field with demonstrated ability for management and supervision is also required.
Licensing Requirements:	The State Epidemiologist must be eligible for and hold a valid New Hampshire medical license. License application may be initiated following selection.
