Eligibility Requirements for 

Services Provided by the Legal Services Unit
 

The Legal Services Unit provides legal practice services, administrative rulemaking services, and performs investigations for various DHHS program areas.  The Legal Services Unit does not operate programs or provide direct services to families or individuals.  There are no eligibility requirements relevant to the activities the Legal Services Unit performs.
