Healthy Child Care New Hampshire's (HCCNH) mission is to help make child care settings safer and healthier places for children to be.

Healthy Child Care New Hampshire is part of the national campaign, Healthy Child Care America. Healthy Child Care America is a cooperative effort developed by the federal Maternal and Child Health Bureau, the Administration for Children and Family's Child Care Bureau and the American Academy of Pediatrics. The focus is on developing strong linkages between health and child care professionals to support the health and safety of children in child care settings.

The program provides child care health consultation to child care programs in Rockingham and Strafford counties through a contract with a community agency.
