The Maximum Allowable Cost (MAC) List, for use by pharmacies, provides NH Medicaid pricing for multi source generic drugs. The MAC list is updated monthly and managed by First Health, NH's Medicaid Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM).

The First Health NH site provides:
- The MAC price by individual drug.
- A form to request the PBM to review a MAC price if the provider believes that the price needs to be updated.
- A form for providers to request the complete MAC price list be sent to them.
