The Communication Access Plan (CAP) explains the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services' (DHHS) commitment to providing meaningful communication assistance to New Hampshire's diverse populations. 

The purpose of the plan is to promote access to DHHS programs and services by people with Limited English Proficiency (LEP), and to provide DHHS staff with the methods in which to provide language access for any NH individual or family that may need it.
