NH Fruit & Veggie News

Fruit and Vegetable Program (formerly the 5 A Day for Better Health Program)

NH Fruit and Veggie News is distributed 3 times a year to educators and other public health partners interested in new resources and approaches to increase fruit and vegetable consumption.  The newsletters include:

  • New Hampshire and national fruit and veggie news
  • Great recipes
  • Ready-to-copy handouts
  • Resource updates

2009 (8 pages)  

Spring: Learn about the NH-developed "Fruit and Veggie Quantity Recipe Cookbook," other new recipe resources, and Health Eating, Active Living (HEAL).

Winter:  Learn about promising practices for fruit and veggie promotion and mutli-component interventions in schools.
