Produce Power is a 5-week worksite wellness program designed to help employees increase their fruit and vegetable intake in a supportive environment. Participants set personal goals based on their own level. They are encouraged to work toward the Dietary Guideline recommendation to eat 3˝ to 6˝ cups of fruits and vegetables every day.
Produce Power includes everything you need to plan and implement the program at your worksite:
