Request for Proposals 10-DCBCS-BDAS-PPWIPWC-03 (39 pages) seeks to solicit responses for a statewide Residential Pregnant Post-partum Women and Infants/Parenting Women with Children (PPWI/PWC) Program. The primary target population for this RFP is pregnant and postpartum women and their infants, but consideration will also be given to proposals that additionally address the needs of parenting women with children.  The residential component of this RFP can be flexible and creative, but must also minimize access barriers such as those requiring minimum lengths of time, for example, of homelessness, or other restrictions such as a limit on the number of individuals with criminal justice background, on probation or parole status, or who are currently incarcerated in either County or State correctional facilities.
