The Office of Program Operations is responsible for providing leadership and oversight of DHHS service delivery whether directly provided by DHHS staff or provided through contracts with various providers.
Eligibility for DHHS programs administered by OPO may be based on many factors and each program has different criteria. For detailed eligibility requirements for programs and services offered by OPO administered programs, select the specific division or program from the list below.
