The Office of Program Support provides administrative and legal services to DHHS.  For many OPS activities eligibility is not relevant.  OPS also provides licensing and regulative services regarding  child care and health facilities in NH as well as for several administrative boards.  Eligibility requirements for all these services are provided on the individual eligibility page for each individual service administered by the Licensing and Regulative Services section of OPS.
