Influenza/respiratory illness test collection kit is used to collect samples to test for influenza and other respiratory viruses.  The kit contains all the materials and instruction for a lab or clinic to be able to collect samples for submission to the Public Health Laboratories for testing.  The recommended samples for testing include a nasopharyngeal or throat swab.
