It is best to call the specific DHHS program area that administers the program or service.  More than 140 specific programs and services can be accessed directly through e-mail, phone, postal mail or by visiting their offices.  Use the Contact Directory tab or the Program & Services tab to take you to web pages for the program or service that you're interested in.  In addition to an overall program description, you will find applicable eligibility information and various ways to contact program staff for additional information.
