For WIC services:

• Pregnant women
• Breastfeeding women up to 12 month after the infant's birth
• Non-breastfeeding women up to 6 months after the infant's birth
• Infants, and children up to their fifth birthday

For CSFP services:

• New mothers up to 12 months after the birth of their infant
• Children up to their sixth birthday
• Seniors 60 years and older

Individuals may not participate in both programs, although families may have individuals enrolled in both WIC and CSFP.

Eligibility Requirements: 

For WIC services:

Must be income eligible, reside in the service area covered by the local agency, and be nutritionally at risk as determined by a staff nutritionist.  Services are available by calling 1-800-WIC-4321, or by calling the local agency closest to where one lives.

Income guidelines are up to 185% of federal gross income, and are based on family size. 

For CSFP services:

Must be income eligible and reside in the service area covered by the local agency.  Services are available by calling 1-800-942-4321, or by calling The local agency closest to where one lives.

For women and children, income guidelines are up to 185% of federal gross income, and are based on family size. 

For seniors, income guidelines are up to 130% of federal gross income, and are based on family size.
