Fair market value — For all assets other than automobiles and trucks, means the price at which a willing seller and a willing buyer will trade. For automobiles and trucks, this means the "trade-in value" as specified in the National Automobile Dealers Association (N.A.D.A) Official Used Car Guide, also known as the "Blue Book."

Family  One or more adults and children, if any, related by blood, marriage, or adoption, who reside in the same living unit; separate groups of related adults, other than spouses, or unrelated adults residing together; a single case of children living with non-legally responsible relatives; or a single case of children living under the care of unrelated persons.

Fleeing Felon  Individuals who are fleeing to avoid prosecution or custody for a crime, or an attempt to commit a crime, that would be classified as a felony (or in the State of New Jersey, a high misdemeanor).
