All requests for use of an activity area shall be approved by the NHH Leadership prior to use. After the committee makes a decision the Administrative support staff shall mail a letter containing the decision to approve or deny the request and, if applicable, a copy of the procedures and regulations governing use of the activity area to the individual making the request.
No single organization or agency shall monopolize the use of the available resources. State Agency sponsored business functions shall be given priority as determined by the New Hampshire Hospital Leadership.
If it becomes necessary for the Hospital to rescind use of a space, the organization using the area shall be given as much advanced notice as feasible of the change in the schedule. Every effort shall be made to reschedule the organization for any time missed.
All agreements to be signed shall include a starting and termination date and an agreement to abide by the Hospital policies pertaining to drugs, alcohol, smoking, weapons and parking.
