Dr. Nicholas Marshall Investigation

The Division of Public Health Services (DPHS) in coordination with the Manchester Health Department and the New Hampshire Board of Dental Examiners is investigating the orthodontic practice of Dr. Nicholas Marshall for potential infection control breaches. On April 28, 2014, the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office issued an order suspending his license to practice based on observations of inadequate infection control procedures. DPHS is conducting an investigation to determine who if anyone might be at risk for transmission of infectious diseases and will be making notifications if medical testing is recommended for any patients or staff.

If you have any questions, contact the DPHS Bureau of Infectious Disease Control at (603) 271-4496 if you have questions.
