321 INELIGIBILITY FOR FRAUDULENT RECEIPT OF MULTIPLE BENEFITS (FAM)

Individuals are ineligible for assistance payments or food stamps for ten years from date of conviction in State or Federal court, if:

• convicted of having made a fraudulent statement related to residence, and

• the fraudulent statement was made to receive FANF, MA, SSI, or food stamps simultaneously in 2 or more states.
