111.05 AR Receiving or Using Food Stamps (FSM)

The Authorized Representative (AR) appointed to receive or use Food Stamp benefits may be different from the AR who applies for the household. The household must designate each AR in writing.

The AR may not charge the household a fee for negotiating food stamps.
