125.01 Eligibility Criteria for Expedited Service (FSM)

Applicants are entitled to expedited service if they meet one of the following criteria:

• The household has both of the following:

- countable liquid resources totaling $100 or less, and

- countable gross monthly income totaling less than $150.

• The household’s countable liquid resources and countable gross monthly income total less than their most recent monthly expenses for rent or mortgage and utilities. Allow the telephone standard for households with a telephone expense. Allow the full amount of shelter and utility expenses, even when some expenses may have been paid by a third party such as local welfare, fuel assistance programs, or charities.
