Not Eligible. Stop. |
2. Has the applicant already received food stamps this month? |
Not Eligible. Stop. |

3. Has the applicant received expedited service before? |
Go to Step 4. |
Go to Step 5. |
4. Has the applicant provided all postponed verifications from previous certification, or has the applicant been certified under normal 30-day processing requirements since the last expedited certification? |
Go to Step 5. |
Not Eligible. Stop. |
5. Does the applicant or authorized representative (AR) being interviewed have proof of identity? |
Go to Step 6. |
Not Eligible for expedited service until proof of identity is provided. |
6. Certify the applicant. Postpone other proof that is either: - not provided at the interview, or - not acceptable.
