133.06 Households with Able Bodied Adults Without Dependents (ABAWDs) (FSM)

Assign a certification period of 4 months to households containing able-bodied adults without dependents (ABAWDs).

Assign a certification period of no longer than 6 months for households containing an ABAWD member or members when the initial 4-month certification period indicates a longer certified period is warranted.

* In accordance with PART 245, ABLE-BODIED ADULTS WITHOUT DEPENDENTS (ABAWDS), non-exempt ABAWDs are limited to 3 full months of participation in a 36-month period while not complying with ABAWD work requirements. Partial months of participation do not count toward the 3-month limit.
