159 CHANGES DURING EXTENDED FOOD STAMP (EFS) PERIODS (FSM)

Households receiving Extended Food Stamp (EFS) benefits are not required to report changes or provide verification of changes in household circumstances during the EFS period, unless the household is participating in other assistance programs. If the household is participating in other assistance programs, change report requirements are in accordance with current policy. Changes that are reported for other assistance programs will not be used to recalculate the EFS benefit amount. See PART 249, EXTENDED FOOD STAMPS (EFS).
