227.03 Striker Eligibility (FSM)

A household with a striking member is not eligible for Food Stamp benefits unless the household was eligible for benefits, or would have been eligible for benefits, the day before the strike and is otherwise eligible at the time of application.

All eligibility factors must have been met as of the day before the strike for the household’s current eligibility to be considered.
