303.07 Moves within the State (FSM)

An individual cannot participate as a member of more than one household or assistance group in any month.

Exception: Residents in an approved shelter for battered women and children may participate twice during the month of application if they participated first with the person who threatens them with abuse. See Part 237 , Shelters for Battered Women and Children.
