319 PROBATION OR PAROLE VIOLATORS, FLEEING FELONS, AND CERTAIN CONVICTED FELONS (FSM)

Previous Policy

Individuals who are violating probation or parole, who are classified as fleeing felons, or who have been convicted of certain felony crimes and are out of compliance with the terms of their sentence, are ineligible to receive SNAP benefits.

The entire income and resources of these ineligible individuals is considered available to the remaining household members.
