Consider the available income of all members of the assistance group when determining eligibility. Assistance group composition differs based on the type of assistance requested. See Chapter 200, Part 211, Composition of Assistance Groups, to determine who is included in the assistance group. However, some income is counted even if a person (such as a disqualified parent) is not part of the assistance group. Income is considered to belong to the individual on whose behalf it is paid.
