Allowances, earnings, or payments under the Workforce Investment Act of 1998 for on-the-job training.

Treatment:

• Excluded income for dependent children age 18 and under.

• Countable earned income if the individual is age 19 or older or under age 19 but no longer under the parental control of an adult member (i.e., not a dependent child).
