607 CONVERSION TO MONTHLY AMOUNTS (FSM)

Convert income, disregards, and deductions that are not received or paid on a monthly basis to a monthly amount (e.g., when doing manual budgets). Use one of the following methods:

• multiply weekly amounts by 4.33,

• multiply biweekly amounts by 2.17 (e.g., a payday which occurs every other Friday),

• multiply semimonthly by 2 (e.g., on the 15th and the 30th of each month), or

• average amounts received for a period of more than one month (e.g., divide yearly income by 12).
