Food stamps are issued via Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT). See Part 707 , ISSUING BENEFITS.

• Benefits for ongoing cases not in suspense are credited to the EBT food stamp account once a month, on the 5th of the month.

• Initial allotments are available in the EBT food stamp account at 6:00 AM on the day following the day on which eligibility is determined.
