621.09 Claims Discharged through Bankruptcy (FSM)

When a household owes a Food Stamp claim and files bankruptcy, DHHS has the power of FNS to:

• participate in distribution of the household’s assets, and

• file objections to discharge, proofs of claims, exceptions to discharge, and petitions for revocation of discharge.
